She holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology (Genetic Engineering) and began her professional journey with global MNCs such as Telus International, American Express, and John Keells, where she developed expertise in customer service operations, process management, and team coordination.
In addition to her corporate background, Akansha has dedicated nearly 5 years to working in the mental health and substance abuse sector. As a Counselor with a U.S.-based organization, she provided critical emotional support to individuals dealing with addiction and mental health challenges. Her role involved counseling patients, coordinating admissions, and facilitating placements into treatment centers across the United States.
